On September 17th, Aundrea and I are gathering for our next Somatic Tarot symposium. This time, we are stepping into the profound wisdom of the Major Arcana, opening the gateway with the first three archetypes: The Fool, The Magician, and The High Priestess.

Rather than memorizing standard definitions from a guidebook, we will be landing directly into the living energy of each card. Together, we will uncover the rich, hidden symbolism woven into every detail, revealing how these ancient mirrors are already speaking directly to your life.

Our modern instinct is to look outside of ourselves for guidance when we hit a crossroads. We think, we analyze, and we look for logic. But the ancient, symbolic language of the Tarot invites us to do something radically different: it acts as a physical mirror for the intuitive wisdom that is already humming beneath the surface.

On Tuesday, July 21st (19:00–21:00), Aundrea and Sandra are gathering at for an Intuitive & Somatic Tarot Workshop.

We will begin our circle with a sacred meditation to connect your body to your life’s path. From that grounded space, we will walk through the story of the Major Arcana and The Fool’s Journey, the universal map of the soul’s evolution.

This evening isn’t about memorizing rigid textbook definitions. It’s about learning to trust your own inner knowing and the somatic resonance you feel when you hold a card. We will also demonstrate the Celtic Cross and simple 3-card spreads to help you read your own energetic current.

Softening to Source: A Bhakti practice ✨

There is a distinct frequency that arrives when we stop trying to manage our lives and start allowing our lives to be breathed by the Divine.

On May 17th at 7:00 PM WEST, I am opening a ninety minute digital sanctuary to transition from the mental fatigue of “doing” into the honey-like state of “being.”

This is a purely auditory experience. No screens to watch, no performance required. Just a somatic and sonic descent into your own heart.

We started day one with a spiritual cleansing bath created with healing herbs from our garden. Followed by a gentle yoga class focused on a deep release. A brunch in our garden prepared with fresh pear juice and ginger from our neighbors land and our signature homemade chai.
