I’m happy to announce that our classes are starting again on Friday, September 18th at 7 PM, at Quinta da Bicuda – Oficina da Dança, Cascais.

Feel & Dance is an invitation to reconnect with your body, release tension, free your emotions and let yourself move intuitively. Through dance, conscious movement and relaxation with sound healing, we create a safe space to let go, reconnect and simply feel. 💫

🕊️✨Back to the Body - back to my temple✨🕊️

Each evening, I cross the threshold into a sacred space, a sanctuary within where I gently lay down the noise of the day and return to what truly matters: myself.

Through yoga, I awaken the wisdom of my body and honor the living feminine that expresses itself through every movement. Every movement a prayer. In meditation, I rediscover stillness, the space where my soul can finally be heard. Then, through my breath, I allow breathwork to open my heart, release the memories held within me, and gently restore the flow of life force energy.

This is a ritual of coming home to myself. An intimate meeting with my body, my heart, and my essence. I welcome every part of who I am: my light as well as my shadows. I seek nothing to fix, only to remember who I truly am.

Each breath is an offering. Each posture is a prayer. Each moment is an invitation to return to my inner temple, to embrace my sacred feminine, and to be held by the gentle presence of my own being.

And so, I end my day grounded, aligned, and deeply connected to the woman I choose to embody, one breath at a time. Welcoming each part of me, I go back home.

Our bodies hold onto stress, emotions, and experiences long after our minds have moved on. Giving your body permission to move freely first thing in the morning is one of the most powerful acts of self-care.

This isn't about dancing perfectly—it's about listening, feeling, and allowing your body to express what it needs.
