Let me introduce you to sound therapy, what it does and how it works:

Sound therapy brings about powerful truths with consequent healing and releasing. The sacred healing ability of sound facilitates one to access your own inner truth: to be with it, to accept it and to embrace all that is. Disconnection to one's wholeness or totality, is caused by past trauma and inferior feelings like guilt, sh

ame, etc. This disconnection to self or a part of oneself, is experienced as negative, dis- ease or shadows in your soul and could also manifest later in disease. Listening to sound - albeit music, songs, bowls or gongs - creates resonance. Resonance is the link between the frequency of the sound and the frequency of the individual listening to that sound. If the sound source is pure and whole, this link or resonance will amplify the inner music of the listener on soul, body and spiritual level. Your own unique Soul Song is awakened and is being sung again. Everything within your being, which does not vibrate or resonate in harmony with your unique sacred frequency, will now be released and healing will take place. I create a safe and sacred space by using the ancient sound therapy with Tibetan singing bowls, gongs and other sacred instruments. The perfect gift to yourself or a loved one, to have a soul experience in a complete relaxed state. I am based in Pretoria.
