It turns out I’ve been working for many years, without realizing it 🤓 on a synthesis of the Ta***ic Yoga wisdom and its practical spiritual sciences, together with modern frameworks and insights.
More specifically, meditation, Kundalini Ta**ra / Kriya Yoga / Siddha Yoga / Samadhi and subtle bioenergetics / prana), together with Breathwork (especially conscious and blissful connected breathing), together with the modern scientific models of somatics and trauma release… (take a breath)…
… all of this along with a framework I’ve developed called “Ego Dynamics” (that helps demystify the many aspects of the mind and “ego”), and a simplified / demystified model of “universal consciousness” (a kind of “experiential cosmology”) that connects with some cutting-edge theories of “everything” 😅
It’s a work in progress and perhaps it’s a lifelong project, but I’ve already been sharing elements of this in my GraceFlow Ta**ra Foundations programs and GraceFlow Kundalini Ta**ra Teacher Training, and have seen beautiful results in people’s lives.
So, now it’s time to bring it together into a more systematic framework and make it available to more people (from September).
For now (starting at the end of the month) I’m making a pilot program available to a small number of people, so you can take it in, and experience the integration, in your life, in your day-to-day experience, step by step.
We live in a time when the world feels like it’s boiling over. And even without the madness in the world outside, there never seems to be time to rest, to focus, to be. The mind keeps us running after endless shiny objects… or scrolling to avoid the painful sense of overwhelm.
My desire for you is that you experience more peace, resilience, grounded optimism, focus, and creative flow, along with less anxiety, less procrastination and overwhelm, and generally less baggage and sabotage from past patterns.
I’ve found that this is possible, with some simple daily practices, some bite-sized insights that are easy to digest, and some loving support.
If someone like me who struggled for many many years with ADHD-type focus issues, lack of self-discipline, procrastination, and “time-blindess” (yeah that’s a thing apparently), can finally become “functional”, even as a husband and parent… there’s hope for you too whatever you’re struggling with 😅😁
We’ll be starting on the 28th April, and I’d love for you to be a part of the adventure.
