On 9th October, our Co-Founder and Technical Director, Rita Palmeira de Oliveira, participated as a speaker at "After Breast Cancer: Recover, Care, Live", held at the Grand Auditorium of the Faculty of Health Sciences, UBI.

🔬 Her presentation, "Cosmetic Care for Oncology Patients: Needs, Fears and Perceptions", highlighted the importance of recognising and addressing the concerns that many people face during and after cancer treatment, particularly those related to wellbeing, self-esteem, and quality of life.

Bringing together healthcare professionals, patients, and the wider community, this event served as a reminder that recovery is about much more than treatment. It is about helping people regain confidence, feel supported, and continue living life to the fullest.
