Practising reflexology, aromatherapy massage, reiki healing, and mindfulness meditation for over 30 years as a specialist and consultant.

Micky is certified in Spain, U.K. and worldwide, she has been practicing for over 25 years in many countries. With constant positive reactions and feedback, she is dedicated to her work and gives a personalised touch for each client. Reflexology is an ancient gentle, touch healing therapy using the map of the body found on the feet. By applying gentle pressure to all the points on the feet, circulation improves which cleanses the body and removes toxins and blockages. This will help remove the effects of stress and modern day life .e.g. backache and headaches, high blood pressure, skin problems etc. leaving one with a feeling of calmness and tranquility. Aromatherapy massage uses a personal blend of essential Oils in a base oil, which incorporated with deep tissue massage helps to melt away the tension, replenish and cleanse the body. Micky will make a personal blend of essential oils for each treatment to suit your needs, to obtain the holistic outcome required: relaxed or uplifted or focused just to name a few options!. Hot Stone Massage is an extra bonus used after the Aromatherapy massage. The hot stones are used to massage the areas with built up problems, allowing the deep heat to melt away the tension. Simply wonderful for the extra relaxation. Reiki Healing originates from the ancient Sanskrit healing which balances the energies in the body by the use of gentle hands on healing. Resulting in a feeling of calmness and clarity. A Doula accompanies a pregnancy and birth on the emotional level. Guiding the mum-to-be, a Doula helps to overcome fears and anxieties related to birth and motherhood by supporting the pregnancy and birth. I use Reflexology, healing and Aromatherapy massage to calm and focus and relax the Mum during the birth.

I’m so thrilled, tests are showing the truth about the power of essential oils !

This study explored the effects of continuous scent inhalation, specifically wearing rose scent on clothing for a month, on brain structure. Results showed increased gray matter volume in the whole brain and posterior cingulate cortex, but no changes in the amygdala or orbitofrontal cortex, marking the first evidence of scent inhalation affecting brain structure.
