Over the last few days, one topic keeps coming up at the spa: summer skin. ☀️✨

Between treatments, chats with clients and conversations with friends, I’ve been asked so many times what I personally use to keep my skin smooth, hydrated and glowing throughout the summer.

So I thought I’d finally share my personal body routine and the three products that never leave my bathroom during the warmer months.

✨ Body Strategist Peel Scrub
My weekly skin reset. I use it once a week after my shower to keep my skin smooth, even and ready for the sun. What I love most is that there’s no need to rinse it off afterwards, making it incredibly practical. The exfoliation comes from silica microspheres and glycolic acid, so it smooths the skin effectively without feeling harsh or scratchy.

✨ Sun Soul Tan Maximizer
My daily body moisturiser. I start using it before summer and continue throughout the season. I love the rich moisturising effect, and it helps support the skin’s natural melanin production for a more even, longer-lasting tan. It’s one of those products that makes your skin feel instantly soft while helping maintain that summer glow.

✨ Sun Soul SPF50+
The most important step. Every single time I’m exposed to the sun. A beautiful tan should always be a healthy tan, and protecting the skin is completely non-negotiable for me. I also love that it’s suitable for the whole family, so it’s one less product to think about when heading to the beach with my little one.

As a spa owner, I test a lot of products, but these are the three I genuinely reach for every summer. Nothing complicated: exfoliate, hydrate, protect. ☀️🤍
