Para mi querida 🩵 B,

There are women who lead through vision. There are women who lead through strength. And there are women who lead through the heart.

, it has been such an honor to witness this final by your side. From the moment you invited me in the Amazon to be part of this closing chapter, I felt privileged to witness the way you embody your vision, love in motion, care in action, and purpose made tangible.

What touched me most was your capacity to care. To care for the guests, the team, the facilitators, the details, the unexpected moments, and the unseen spaces that quietly hold everything together. Without distinction. With the same presence, warmth, generosity, and devotion.
There is a particular kind of strength in leading this way. A strength rooted not in control or perfection, but in love. The kind of love that invites others to shine, to share their gifts fearlessly, and to feel safe being fully seen.

Thank you for allowing me to contribute to this journey, not only in service to the participants, but also in support of you. It was a blessing to close this cycle together and to witness a form of leadership ♐️ that reminds us what is possible when determination ♑️ and tenderness ♋️ walk hand in hand.

A leadership that nurtures, inspires, uplifts, and creates space for others to flourish.

Te quiero, cangrejita. 💜 You are SPECIAL.

There is something deeply sacred about witnessing the full cycle of a dream, being present at its genesis and also at its conscious closure. reminded me that life is meant to be lived in communion: dreaming together, creating together, celebrating together, and honoring endings with the same devotion as beginnings.

And maybe that is what imagination truly becomes, a living memory within the psyche, a place we can always return to revisit the laughter, the connection, the expansion, the wonder, and the presence we were able to share together.

To this land that year after year held so many journeys of transformation and remembrance, thank you. And to the beautiful souls that walked this spiral with me | , , .bt , , , , , , and all the others woven into this chapter, thank you for the love, trust, friendship, and presence. Endings are never truly endings… only new expressions waiting to emerge.

JOURNAL | Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much information surrounds us and how easy it is to mistake information for wisdom. We live in a time where knowledge is everywhere. Books, podcasts, teachers, AI, ancient traditions, and modern discoveries are all within reach. Yet one question continues to arise | “What is my purpose?”

The older I become, the more I feel that purpose is not something we find. It is something we embody. Perhaps the invitation of our time is not to know more, but to become more coherent. To align what we think, what we feel, what we say, and what we do.

This month’s reflection explores the ancient yogic stages of life, the turning of the inner wheel, and the quiet inheritance that remains when everything else changes.

One year ago, Japan opened itself to us through silence, ritual, fire, gardens, paper, tea, and prayer.

Each step through that sacred land became a soft remembering of the wisdom of wabi-sabi, the beauty that lives in impermanence, in weathered edges, in the tenderness of what is incomplete and deeply alive.

Through every practice, we touched the essence of the Yin force | receptivity, intuition, softness, and the quiet strength of allowing. As women, we witnessed how beauty does not emerge from perfection, but from presence. From cracks that let the light breathe through. From honoring the seasons within us.

A year later, the fragrance of incense, marcha, cedar, waterfalls, and tatami still lives somewhere inside the body.
And perhaps that is what Japan offered us most | the remembrance that grace often arrives gently, almost invisibly, asking only that we slow down enough to receive it.

There are moments in life where everything seems to dissolve at once.
The structures, the certainties, the identities, the roles we once held so tightly. And when you look around, you realize that every member of the family constellation is going through their own metamorphosis, their own existential threshold, their own becoming.

Like the moment the caterpillar dissolves inside the chrysalis before becoming the butterfly.
And perhaps that is when union matters the most.

What Hatha Yoga has taught my husband and I is that in moments of dissolution, we return to the source. To the mat. To the breath. To the sacred space that first brought us together and blessed this union into existence.

Because yoga means union.
The union between breath and body.
Between effort and surrender.
Between the self and the other.
Between what is dissolving and what is waiting to be born.
And maybe that is why, in the moments where life feels fragmented, unity becomes medicine.

Yoga became more than a practice.
It became the philosophy that taught us how to rebuild. How to witness each other through cycles of transformation. How to hold space when one is breaking while the other remembers the light. How to raise a child within the awareness that love is not static, it is alchemical.

And yes, sometimes it feels like the end. Sometimes it feels like the fire no longer has the strength to transform itself again.
But somehow, the ember remains.
Perhaps because fire understands rebirth. A Sagittarius heart and a Leo heart finding, again and again, the courage to return to what is essential.

Today I feel immense gratitude for yoga. For being the silent witness, the cosmic mother-father of our marriage, the force that continuously reminds us of the path back to coherence, humility, presence, and love.

Because in unity, there is remembrance. And in remembrance, there is strength.
Again and again, yoga reminds us that it is together, truly together, that we thrive.

In YOGA we TRUST. Te amo. 💜💚

JOURNAL | The Cave of Light

As Uranus enters Gemini and we move toward the Sagittarius Full Moon, I find myself reflecting on how the eight limbs of yoga have illuminated my way into being.

For 28 years, yoga has taught me that everything is maya, an illusion, because perception is filtered through memory, fear, longing, identity, and shadow. Through discipline, breath, self-study, and surrender, the practice slowly dissolves the fog that keeps us trapped inside the projections of our own cave.
This path has taught me how to walk through the reality I have created with more discernment, more accountability, and more light.

Maybe awakening is not about transcending our humanity… but about illuminating it.

JOURNAL | There are moments in motherhood where the instinct to protect and the wisdom to witness must coexist in the same breath.

Lately, I have been reflecting deeply on adolescence as a rite of passage, not only for the child, but for the entire family field surrounding them. Watching a soul encounter friendship, shadow, rupture, identity, and contradiction for the first time reveals how much love alone cannot protect us from becoming… and perhaps was never meant to.

This experience reminded me that resilience is the capacity to move through grief, confusion, and complexity without abandoning compassion or losing connection to one’s essence.

And maybe this is part of the rose’s 🌹wisdom | that the thorn and the fragrance belong to the same becoming.

Te amo Micael 💙 Que el aroma de tu corazón te guie, siempre.

There is a point on the path where clarity stops feeling like relief… and begins to feel like responsibility.

The more we see, the less we can ignore.
The more we feel, the more we are called to live in alignment with what is revealed.

Walking the path of the plants has shown me this in a very real way.
To open the felt sense, to truly commune, is to invite a deeper intelligence into the body… one that doesn’t allow bypassing, one that asks for coherence.

This path is a double-edged sword.
It refines, but it also cuts.
It awakens, but it also asks everything from you.

And yet, it is only through this fire that we learn how to hold our truth without destroying ourselves… and how to transform what once felt like poison into medicine.

We are all walking our own underworld.
Our own becoming.

And maybe faith is simply this, to keep going, even when the fire feels close.

Todos estamos a atravessar o nosso próprio submundo.
O nosso próprio processo de tornar-se.

E talvez a fé seja apenas isto, continuar, mesmo quando o fogo se aproxima.

My path into Nature 🍃 Kambô, from the secretion of the Amazonian frog Phyllomedusa bicolor, is often called the vaccine of the jungle, not as a replacement for modern medicine, but as a traditional purification practice rooted in deep indigenous wisdom.

I received this medicine in reverence, in devotional space, guided by my Taita. What was offered was not just a physical cleanse, but an encounter with a force that moves through the body with precision and intelligence.

Scientifically, kambô contains bioactive peptides that support detoxification, stimulate the lymphatic system, and influence immune responses. These effects are intense and require proper guidance.

Beyond the physical, kambô moves through the meridian system, touching the nervous system and the body’s electromagnetic rhythm. Through my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Shaolin system, I recognize this language of movement, so while the encounter was new, the intelligence was familiar.

In many traditions, kambô supports the release of dependency patterns, those that override instinct and clarity. The frog carries a primordial intelligence, inviting us back to what is natural within us.

As someone who lives in deep respect for the plant kingdom and a vegan way of being, I approach this medicine with discernment and humility. It is not for casual or frequent use, but for sacred, intentional spaces.
To work with Earth’s medicines, flora or fauna, is to enter a relationship rooted in respect, responsibility, and coherence.
This is how I hold kambô: a threshold medicine, received in reverence and approached with devotion.

JOURNAL | Integration . Chiron as Medicne 🌑
There are moments when the body speaks before the mind can understand.
Lately, I find myself in a deeply introspective space of integration, organizing, feeling, and listening to everything that is still moving through me.
A tear, a sensation, a quiet opening that reveals the dialogue between what we are living and what is living through us.

In this reflection, I explore the space between creation and revelation, the subtle tension between shaping our reality and allowing life to show us who we are becoming.
The path is not illuminated all at once, only step by step, like a lantern in the dark, and perhaps that is not a limitation, but the way we are gently guided back into coherence.

📖 Full entry in profile.

💚
