✨VIVA!! 🐸✨

both exist in every moment, in every breath. not there - but here. not after - but now. both are above, below and in all the spaces between. both are a choice, and so it is. which space do you choose to reside? 🌀

✨💫 espacio de ceremonia 🐸💚

it’s likely that you’ve heard the first part of this quote… but what about the second?

it may sound contradictory, but the greatest, most fulfilling, heart expanding thing that i could ever hear as a practitioner… is a client sharing that they are no longer called, or no longer feel the need to sit, that they have received, understood and processed, that they have everything they need in this moment. 😍💪🏽

plant medicines are guides. they will show you the way and all that is blocking it, but they won’t walk that path for you. the “goal” is to get to a space where you don’t have to sit in ceremony - the goal is integration. while the frequency and time frame will vary greatly, the desired outcome is the same. knowing the medicines never leave us, when we are truly ready, the need to sit in physical ceremony will fade. 💚

PS - don’t forget that you are always a student, and always a teacher. 🙏🏼

being present in life often results in a lack of presence on the socials. 😬 my intention is to share the profound gifts of these sacred medicines, and to let the community know that they are here should they be called to receive. that said, i will do better to be more present here as well 🫶🏽🤗

it’s not what people tell you, but what they show you. actions over words, examples over opinions…

just breaking up the posts, hoping that perhaps pippa can bring the briefest moment of lightness, or even a tiny smile, to those scrolling today 🙃🧡

ceremony doesn’t end when the medicine has been removed. in fact, the period that follows - the resting space - tends to be the most profound. ✨

after the final purge (which we refer to as the “kambo purge”), the points are removed, and we can fully surrender to our experience. similar to savasana after an intense asana practice, this is where we absorb and integrate our physical experience. where downloads and realizations roam free. where we fully surrender, rest, feel, accept, allow. 🙏🏼

or, maybe, where we get snug as a bug in a rug and take a well deserved nap! 😊
