What a weekend. ❤️

It was such an honor to partner with the incredible Dr. Kelly Casperson for her Masterclass & Retreat in beautiful Whistler.

Four days of learning, connection, laughter, adventure, honest conversations, and space to simply breathe and restore. Our attendees described it as an “experience of a lifetime” and “an incredible opportunity to learn, interact, and restore.” We couldn’t have said it better.

There is something truly special that happens when brilliant, curious women come together with the intention to learn, connect, and take care of themselves. We are leaving Whistler with full hearts and so much gratitude for this extraordinary group. ❤️

An old photo, a lifetime of stories. ❤️

My mom rose from trauma and abuse to build a life defined by courage, resilience, and fierce love. From nursing school in New York City to a love story that took her across borders and cultures, she lived through two wars in Pakistan, built a life in Singapore, and eventually found her way home again.

She taught us that courage doesn’t always look loud. Sometimes it looks like starting over in a new country, holding a family together through uncertainty, and choosing love again and again despite the world’s divisions.

Real love rises above geography, color, language, and religion. It always has.

Missing her extra today and feeling grateful for everything she gave us.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas, grandmothers, mother figures, and women holding families and communities together with love every single day. ❤️
