What if one week could change the way a girl sees herself?
Between the ages of 12–15, many girls are navigating anxiety, body image struggles, social pressure, self-doubt, and the constant influence of social media. Research suggests that nearly 1 in 3 girls show signs of disordered eating behaviors, and anxiety rates continue to rise during these critical adolescent years.
The Girlhood Project was created as a space for girls to pause, connect, learn, and grow.
Through movement, creativity, emotional wellness workshops, meaningful conversations, and supportive mentorship, girls will explore:
✨ Identity & connection
✨ Body image & self-worth
✨ Anxiety, emotions & pressure
✨ Confidence, boundaries & communication
✨ Self-expression & belonging
A week designed to help girls feel more at home in themselves — not more pressure to be someone else.
