Dance Your Way To Joy and Confidence
Your safe place to Move, Connect and Transform Hi, I'm My! My work is about so much more than just dancing.

(pronounced as Me)

I'm a dance instructor and confidence mentor based in Portugal. I’ve helped women in over ten countries overcome their fears and gain confidence by offering transformational dance classes, workshops, and customized mentoring programs. It’s about believing in yourself and achieving what your heart and soul desires.
