I'm a dance instructor and confidence mentor based in Portugal. I’ve helped women in over ten countries overcome their fears and gain confidence by offering transformational dance classes, workshops, and customized mentoring programs. It’s about believing in yourself and achieving what your heart and soul desires.

I haven’t been on here so much.

Here is what I wrote down today. 📝

a quiet moment. bare face, messy hair, open heart.
somewhere between the dance
and the silence, i stopped trying to be more and started allowing myself to just be.
i used to search for validation in all the wrong places,  in mirrors, in expectations, in doing. but it was always here. in the calm. in the way my eyes soften when i feel safe. in the smile that doesn’t ask
for permission.
this retreat reminded me: i don’t need to prove anything. the real me, soft, raw, present,  is already whole.
and that’s when i finally came home to myself 💙
