Big CONGRATS!!

These women trained, hiked 2 mountain passes, slept in a Refugio at 7671 ft., hiked approximately 75 miles and stood with one foot in Switzerland and the other in Italy! And they did so with grit and grace.

Standing at the top, they didn't just look back at the mountains and terrain; they looked back at who they used to be before they started this trek.

Each one is a fierce force of nature in all her magnificence and collective power.

Truly beacons of what's possible when intention meets uncertainty, while trusting nature's wisdom. 💫

After an amazing, fun night at Cornu Gries Hutte (Refugio), we made our way over San Giacomo pass into Italy. Around the lakes, and down, down, down to Riale.

Swiss Alps Adventure 2026

✈️🇮🇹Landed in the heat of Italy with my luggage and pack, and went straight to get a cappuccino! The is my arrival routine since 2014 for our epic Swiss Alps Adventure, an immersion in nature to explore the inner landscape of our souls and witness the power of our minds, hearts and spirits. 💫

🌻Many of you know I hike with my accompanied "pretend" sunflower on my pack. On my walk down from my BnB I saw these beauties. Look at the beautiful heart in the flowers center!

Grateful for safe travel, good health and whole wellness. Curious to see what will emerge.

does it again! The Speed Racer Tunic Dress performed fantastic for a morning hike along the river route followed by the with friends. With hem length flexibility, this dress is a quick-dry, wrinkle-free, ready for anything dress!!
