Practicing yoga had been the best life lesson I ever learned. I could write an essay about it. But instead I did a painting and I would like to dedicate it to the teachers, beautiful souls that made this journey so special.
Isa Tiefensse | Yoga&Lifestyle ❁ the cutest person I know, thank you for all the Ashtanga sessions when is was ok to just lay down and do nothing 😅 and for all the muscle pains after
Mukti Sanctuary | Founded by Beth Crivelli 🌱🏳️🌈🌏✊ thank you for cool playlists to sweat too at hot yoga, and for all the assistance in positions that I never imagined I can do 💕
Rebecca Hajek thank you for all the before class stories, thoughts for brain, that stayed with me for long and made yoga a beautiful spiritual experience 🦋
Marina De Lima thank you for guidance in yin practice, practice that thought me so much about myself, helped me to slow down and it’s now one of my favorite ways to go back to myself 🖤
Your work is what makes this experience so special. Thank you. Namaste 🙏🏻
