WATER PRAYER

Icaros Festival 2026 / Day 2

This year theme of .festival was water, what better way to honor it with a prayer ceremony next to the water 💧

Guided by with me and supporting, we sang together and set our intentions honoring the waters within and around.

This gave birth to the song of the video, written by and musically arranged by me.

“I am water, I am flow,
Where love moves I will go

Water within, water around
May my true voice be gently found

Hey ya hey ya hey ya ho”

Be careful the song stays in the head 😅❤️

Found some videos of 20 (!) years ago 😯

Last week I went to an concert and it brought me back down into memory lane. Bands like maiden, and others shaped so much my youth and teenager years.
They were the reason why I started to play guitar, my company trough good and bad times and also how I made friends.

The impact that music, bands, actors, role models can have specially during formative years can be so huge.

This older bands now are also something that connects families, was beautiful to see in the concert fathers/mothers and sons/daughters together enjoying, bonded also thru music.

Encontrei alguns vídeos de há 20 (!) anos atrás 😯

Na semana passada fui a um concerto dos e trouxe-me muitas recordações. Bandas como maiden, e outras marcaram muito a minha juventude e adolescência.

Foram elas que me inspiraram a começar a tocar guitarra, me fizeram companhia nos bons e maus momentos e também me ajudaram a fazer amigos.

O impacto que a música, as bandas, os atores e os ídolos podem ter, especialmente durante os anos de formação, é enorme.

Estas bandas mais antigas hoje em são também algo que une famílias. Foi lindo ver pais/mães e filhos/filhas juntos no concerto, a desfrutar e a fortalecendo laços através da música.

O que vocês ouviam quando eram mais novos? 🙌

“Dar voz ao coração do Masculino”
foi o tema deste círculo no com um palco apenas dedicado ao Masculino ( outro dedicado ao Feminino e um aos adolescentes ) tornando este gathering bastante diferente.

Obg a estes irmãos incríveis que decidiram embarcar nesta viagem juntos 🙌🙏

Homem também se expressa, Homem também chora, Homem que escuta o coração recorda a sua força e a sua direcção.

Ajudemo-nos mutuamente a sermos melhores, por nós, pelos nossos, pelo mundo.

Um rezo à coragem de tomarmos o nosso lugar no mundo, de partilharmos o único que existe em cada um de nós.

Acredito que existe um chamado para cada um de nós e lugares que são para nós. Onde os nossos dons e relações podem prosperar e contribuir para um mundo melhor.

Mas isso implica sairmos de lugares que não são os nossos, deixarmos de tentar ser igual a outros, deixarmos de tentar ser pais dos nossos pais, deixar de ver a/o nossa/o parceira romântica como criança, deixarmos nós próprios de ocupar o lugar de criança.

Um rezo à coragem de tomarmos o nosso lugar 🙌

“Toma o teu lugar.
Está na hora, ouve o chamar.
Está na hora, de o honrar”

A prayer for the courage to take our place in the world, to share the uniqueness that exists in each of us.

I believe there is a calling for each of us and places that are meant for us. Where our gifts and relationships can thrive and contribute to a better world.

But this implies leaving places that are not ours, ceasing to try to be like others, ceasing to try to be parents to our parents, ceasing to see our romantic partner as a child, ceasing to occupy the place of a child ourselves.

A prayer for the courage to take our place 🙌

On the 7th of June, we gather for a special edition of Shared Wisdom — an afternoon of film, coziness and conscious sharing.
The first event was so beautiful, everyone keep on asking for a new one, so here it is :)

🎬 We’ll watch a meaningful movie together: The Lion King
💬 Followed by a sharing circle
🤍 In a relaxed and nurturing atmosphere

This edition will feature a special guest: , bringing her presence and wisdom from the field of Family Constellations / Systemic. Her perspective will deepen the reflection and enrich the conversation after the film.
In the first film - Encanto - we discussed the first systemic law, the Law of Belonging. In this film, one of the themes will be the second law, the Law of Order.

Sharing is always optional, you are welcome to speak, listen, or simply be.
No pressure. Community coming together and learning from each other views and experiences.
