Truth about my weight loss journey I wish I knew earlier…

EASY CRISPY CHICKEN FOR FAT LOSS 🔥🍗

You don’t need to cut “fried” food to lose fat…
you just need to make it smarter.

Here’s exactly how I made it 👇

• 2 chicken breasts (≈ 120g each)
• Marinade:
salt, pepper, chili sauce, soy sauce, herbs, 100g Greek yogurt
→ marinate overnight

• Coating:
2 eggs
30g oat flour
40g cornflakes

Dip → coat → air fry (no oil)

Crispy, high protein, and actually filling.

Macros (per piece):
≈ 200–250 kcal
≈ 25–30g protein

3 life-changing habits that helped me lose 25 kg🔥

It was changing how I think and act.

1. I stopped acting like a victim
No more blaming genetics, slow metabolism, or “bad luck.”
While I was snoozing alarms, skipping workouts, and saying “I’ll start next week”… nothing changed.
I took responsibility and everything shifted.

2. I stopped saying “I can’t”
“I can’t lift heavy”
“I can’t stay consistent”
“I can’t do this”

Those are just excuses.
I started challenging myself instead if I could do 10 reps, I pushed for 12.
That’s how you grow.

3. I changed my environment
The people around you matter more than you think.
