On 17 October, we’re firing up the wood-fired oven in Sabouga, Vila Nova de Poiares for an evening of handmade pizza, local ingredients, homemade ginger b**r and sweet treats.
6 pizzas, including our signature Chanfana, Wild Portal, Black Bull and homemade vegan Green Portal.
Homemade ginger b**r, squash and cold drinks.
Homemade sweet treats, including vegan options.
Wood-fired. Handmade. No shortcuts.
