You can join the community at Asha’s Place in two ways. Pick the one that fits your life.

Studio 6 · €45 a month
For people with Portuguese employers. Six (6) classes a month in Portuguese or with a Portuguese-speaking instructor, a monthly guest pass, 15% off everything outside your membership, and priority registration. Limited spots, with a waitlist.

Studio 8 · €100 a month
Open to everyone. 8 classes a month, a monthly guest pass, one free workshop per quarter, free Co-Work & Matcha on Wednesdays (10 am to 6 pm), and first access to workshops and retreats.

A sacred journey for women who have experienced sexual trauma.

An invitation to meet our stories with new eyes, reconnect with our inner wisdom, and remember that we are so much more than what happened to us.

Through ceremony, reflection, journaling, eye gazing and a Water Blessing Prayer, we create space to honour our experiences, reclaim our energy, and reconnect with the wholeness that has always lived within us.

A journey of self-discovery, remembrance and empowerment, held with care and space for each woman to explore her own inner knowing, at her own pace.

- Reclaim what you thought was lost.
- Reconnect with your strength and wisdom.
- Remember who you are beyond your story.
