As you are coming back from holidays, we are refreshing our schedule a touch. Here’s what’s new:

- the 17:30 Hotpod Flow class with Klara on Tuesdays returns
- ⁠the Friday lunchtime Hotpod Flow returns to its original time - 12:30
- ⁠the Saturday 17:00 Hotpod Flow with Cristiana is returning
- ⁠the Sunday’s Dynamic Flow will remain at 9:30

As you are coming back from holidays, we are refreshing our schedule a touch. Here’s what’s new:

Every now and then, our students have a “perfect” moment during the practice. Sometimes it is a perfect pose - much as the one by our lovely Francisca here, sometimes it is an inspiring sentence by the teacher, sometimes it is a perfectly peaceful moment or a perfectly relaxing shavasana.
Yoga is not just about achieving perfect poses, it is also about finding these little things, little moments.
