Once the stress has been explored, the most effective method of releasing the issue and bringing the body back into balance is identified. There are a variety of techniques that can be used to restore balance. It can give you feedback via monitoring muscle responses, such as which foods strengthen or weaken you, what you need to do to build confidence and heal your life; how to increase your vitality and have physical, emotional, chemical and energetic balance in your life. Profound changes to physical, emotional or mental health can often be experienced after just one session, however, it is recommended to have a series of sessions so that you have time to adjust to the changes being made and to support your body/mind/spirit to be at its optimal self. I have completed Cert. IV at Byron Kinesiology Center and am currently studying Diploma units.
