Another SUP-Surfing Retreat in the books!

This time, we welcomed an amazing international community to Peniche. 🌍

Different countries. Different backgrounds. Different levels.

But once we’re in the water, there’s one thing that brings us all together: the passion for Sup-Surfing. 🏄‍♂️

We shared waves, sessions, laughs, knowledge, challenges and plenty of unforgettable moments. 🤩

That’s what we’re building here in Peniche more than just a retreat, a community. A place where people come for the waves and leave with new skills, new friendships and memories that last a lifetime. 🌊💙

Sup-Surf Retreat 1–8 August Peniche ✌️

What an incredible week of Surf-Surfing, training, exploration, and good vibes in sunny Peniche!

Every day started with a delicious breakfast prepared at the house, getting our bodies and minds ready for another day of adventure. Then we walked together to the beach with all our equipment, where our warm-up session began preparing ourselves physically and mentally to face the waves of the Atlantic Ocean 🌊

Everyone was stoked, motivated, and ready to embrace whatever conditions the ocean had to offer. Together, we explored new places and discovered different surf spots around Peniche, making every day a new experience.

Our week wasn’t only about surfing. We also worked on functional training, mobility, balance, and breathing techniques, helping us build strength, awareness, and a better connection between body and mind. 🧘‍♂️💪

And the ocean definitely delivered good waves every day, unforgettable sessions, and so many special moments in the water. 🤙

Thank you to everyone for the smiles, the energy, the commitment, and for making this week so special 💙
