She started crying 😔

I had seconds to decide

what kind of

teacher I was. 🧘‍♀️

My first training never prepared me for that moment.

The alignment cues, the Sanskrit, the anatomy.

None of it told me what to do with a body that had just stopped feeling safe on the mat.
