For the longest time, I thought my body was the problem.

If I could just change it, shrink it, tone it, “fix” it… then I’d finally feel confident, happy, and at peace.

But the truth?

My body was never the thing actually holding me back.

It was the obsession with trying to change it.

The constant food thoughts.
The body checking.
The guilt after eating.
The “I’ll be happier when…” mindset.

That was the part stealing my confidence, my peace, and so much of my life.

And once I stopped fighting my body and started healing my mindset around food, movement, and self worth… everything changed.

For me and for my clients 🤍

Because real transformation starts when your life no longer revolves around fixing yourself.

If you’re ready to stop fighting your body and finally feel better with yourself instead of against yourself — DM me “READY” or use the link in bio to book a discovery call ✨

as a dietitian who’s already done so much of the work… this is what I’m choosing for May.

I slow down and actually notice my life more. I stay present in the small moments instead of rushing past them.

I say yes to the yummy foods without overthinking them or attaching meaning to them.

I keep doing things that make me proud of who I’m becoming… without needing a loud “I am” or constant validation.

I keep leaning into the uncomfortable moments… because that’s where the growth lives. that’s how I get to do the things I used to only imagine for myself.

I let life feel a little softer. a little slower. a little more mine.

and I stop waiting for “someday” to feel like I’m living it.

may this be the best month yet… and the best year of life so far now that I’m 29 🙌🏼

Monday mantras 🤍

Which did you need today?!?
(The last one is my personal favorite)

A little mix of moments, memories, and the words I’ve truly lived by this past year.

This last year taught me so much about balance, confidence, slowing down, taking chances, and becoming more of myself.

And now entering 29…
these are the reminders I’m taking with me.

Still growing.
Still learning.
Still choosing to fully live my life ✨

this changed everything for me…

one of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had is realizing this:
I am responsible for the human I live with for the rest of my life.

ME!

and that changes everything—how I rest, how I eat, how I speak to myself, and what I allow in my life.

because the truth is… most of us are not taking care of that human.

we’re criticizing them, overworking them, ignoring their needs, and accepting treatment we’d never allow for someone we love.

and everything starts to shift when you realize:
you don’t get another human.
you only get this one.

and no, it doesn’t have to be perfect…
but it does have to be kinder than what it’s been.

What I learnt the hard way so you don’t have to 🤍

1. Stop waiting to feel “ready” to live your life (you already are)
2. Stop hiding your body
3. Stop punishing yourself for eating
4. Stop obsessing over the scale
5. Stop comparing yourself to everyone online and around you (yes—even family)

I really thought confidence would come after I changed my body.

But the most confident version of me?
She showed up when I stopped putting my life on hold.

Because confidence isn’t how small you get.
It’s how fully you live.

If you’re tired of overthinking food + your body going into summer… this is your sign 🤍

Openings for new clients in May are available ✨

What a privilege is to not remember the calories or guilt but to remember the life that was lived 🙌🏼

Sun on my skin, laughter that felt easy, meals that were just meant to be enjoyed.

Traveling without food noise used to feel impossible—now it feels like a privilege I’ll never take for granted.

It wasn’t always this way, but once you learn how to step out of that cycle, you don’t want to go back.

Because freedom isn’t about food. It’s about being fully here.

Sometimes we think happiness is on the other side of becoming someone or something else...

Smaller.
More perfect.
More “in control.”

But most of the time…
what you’re actually craving isn’t a different body.

It’s peace.
It’s freedom.
It’s not thinking about food or your body 24/7.

And that doesn’t come from becoming someone else —
it comes from learning how to work with yourself 🤍
