Ik moet even iets kwijt ... vandaag de dag ,als ik hier scroll en onnoemelijk veel advertenties tegen kom van verschillende healers en verschillende technieken , valt het me op dat die prijzen echt wel de pan uit rijzen.
Ok, je moet ook vergoed worden , dat is je volste recht ... maar hou het nederig.

Dear friends, after several days of solar activity, geomagnetic storms, heightened emotions, unusual dreams, and the opening of today’s 6:6 Numeric Resonance Portal, many people may be noticing a subtle shift in the atmosphere.

The energy no longer feels focused on revelation alone. Instead, it may be inviting us to listen more carefully to what has already been revealed.

Throughout the past week, many may have become aware of emotions, desires, patterns, relationships, dreams, and possibilities that had been waiting beneath the surface. For some, this process may have felt inspiring and uplifting. For others, it may have appeared as impatience, frustration, irritability, emotional sensitivity, sudden sadness, overreactions, restlessness, or even unexpected bursts of anger.

These experiences do not necessarily mean something is wrong. Sometimes they simply indicate that stagnant emotional energy is being brought into awareness so it can finally move, heal, and transform. Emotions that have been pushed aside, ignored, or suppressed often seek expression before they can be released. The question now is not simply what became visible. The question is what we choose to do with that awareness.

The Moon’s movement into Pisces brings a softer quality to the day. Intuition, imagination, compassion, creativity, and spiritual connection may feel more accessible than usual. At the same time, increased sensitivity can make it easier to absorb the emotions, fears, and expectations of others. This is one reason why gentle energetic protection remains important.

This is also why self-compassion feels especially important today. If emotions seem closer to the surface than usual, try not to judge yourself too harshly. The goal is not to become emotionally perfect. The goal is to become more conscious. What is acknowledged can be understood. What is understood can be healed. What is healed no longer needs to keep repeating the same lesson.

Sometimes growth is not about pushing harder. Sometimes growth is about becoming quiet enough to hear the deeper wisdom that has been trying to reach us all along.

This may therefore be a beautiful day to spend a little time with yourself. To step away from noise. To take a walk. To sit with a journal. To breathe. To reflect on what your heart has been trying to tell you.

The 66 frequency reminds us that harmony begins within. The more aligned we become internally, the easier it becomes to create greater harmony in our relationships, our work, our decisions, and the future we are building. True healing is not about never feeling anger, sadness, fear, or frustration. It is about learning how to meet those experiences with greater awareness, compassion, and honesty so they no longer control the direction of our lives.

If today’s energies feel softer, slower, or more emotional than expected, there may be nothing wrong at all. Sometimes the soul whispers after the storm has passed. Sometimes what feels like emotional turbulence is simply the heart creating space for something new to emerge.

THE SCHUMANN FIELD HAS BEEN ACTIVE FOR HOURS ✨ ARE SENSITIVES FEELING THE BODY ASK FOR MORE GROUNDING TODAY? ✨ MAY 10, 2026

Dear friends, as we end this weekend, the Schumann Resonance chart appears to show extended periods of strong activity, with bright bands moving through the field across several hours. I always prefer to read these charts with care, but visually, this does look like one of those days where many sensitives may be noticing more pressure, fatigue, emotional movement, or nervous system stimulation than usual.

The Schumann Resonances are natural electromagnetic frequencies that occur between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere. They are often described as part of Earth’s background electromagnetic environment, influenced by global lightning activity and the way electromagnetic waves move around the planet.

Many people know the main Schumann frequency as being around 7.83 Hz, but these charts usually show several frequency bands and changes in intensity over time. When the visual display becomes very bright or saturated, many interpret that as stronger amplitude in the chart, not necessarily as “Earth’s frequency changing” in a simple literal way. This is why discernment is important.

Still, many sensitives do report feeling more activated during active Schumann windows. Some may notice headaches, ear ringing, body heaviness, restless energy, sudden tiredness, emotional waves, vivid dreams, difficulty focusing, heart fluttery feelings, pressure around the head or body, or simply the sense that the nervous system wants more quiet.
