A body isn’t paper — its curves decide where the line wants to go. Inês had carried this idea for years: a fluid line wrapping around her, in colour, but with no fixed shape. We spent the afternoon drawing straight onto her skin, erasing, redrawing, until the line found its place. Freehand isn’t improvising.
