We will immerse ourselves in ancestral teachings, practices of connection with nature, feminine energy and rituals of reconnection.

We will explore memories and experiences that may have left imprints from the womb, the relationship with the mother and childhood, working symbolically with what you may still carry in your body, emotions and patterns.
A journey into awareness, asking:
What is mine?
What did I learn?
What am I carrying?
And what am I now ready to let go of?
We will explore self-love, boundaries, our relationship with the body and reconnecting with your sense of worth.

We will deepen our exploration of energy practices, ritual magic, energetic protection, intuition and consciousness, creating space to reconnect with your gifts and with the wisdom you feel already exists within you.

We will explore it as **life force, creative power, presence and feminine vitality**, learning to recognise it, feel it and consciously direct it.
