I created wild & free retreat in Portugal five years ago as a space for healing and personal growth. Over time, it became something more — a place to gather with other women who are also on that path.

When we come together in a safe feminine space, natural support emerges.

We begin to remember that expanding into our truth takes courage, and it’s tough and we were never meant to do it alone.

The women around you become mirrors, helping you see both the hidden and radiant parts of yourself. And through that presence comes support, inspiration, clarity, and connection.

Women coming together reminds us of our innate beauty, creativity, love, and power. And that is how the world changes, bit by bit.

Let me reintroduce wild & free

I’m Sarah and I set up this retreat on my own in Portugal five years ago from an inner longing to have a place like this to go to learn, heal and grow. In recent years, what’s emerged is a longing to find and be with other women who are choosing to look within to heal and grow.
