All the items are PRE-ORDER (unless otherwise stated). It means, we collect all your orders and order them all at once from our trusted partner on the announced cut off day.

~ No cancellations after cut off. ~


Placing of orders: Every 1-15th (sometimes extended till the 20th ) of each month
Expected Arrival of items: Every end of the month

We can’t assure the availability of the items by the time we place our order as stocks change every hour. It is highly required to give spare replacements just in case an item ran out of stock.

Terms of Payment: Cash on Delivery

Free Delivery: Minimum of 150QR (within Doha)

Schedule of Delivery: 1st Saturday right after the announced arrival of the items. Pick up location for 150QR below: Al Thani Compound, Bin Mahmoud (near red lobster restaurant)

Schedule of Pick up: 4pm onwards, Sun-Thu | depends on availability, Fri-Sat

Size and Color information:

Always check the sizes mentioned for each item as sizes varies. Please allow 3-4 cm differences due to manual measurement. We are not responsible for any sizing miscalculations. A little color shading may be caused by the light difference and photograph skill. Photos may appear vibrant than the actual item.

Return and Exchange terms:

All products are highly inspected through quality control. Items are generally not eligible for exchange or return unless the item is found to be faulty or damage due to unforeseen issue. For damaged products, please send us a message stating the issue and a photo. Replacements could be given only after a month as we will repurchase and include it on the next batch.
