Ce înseamnă, de fapt, un sistem alimentar pregătit pentru provocările de mâine?

În primul rând, înseamnă educație, responsabilitate și decizii construite prin dialog.

La sediul Academiei de Științe Agricole și Silvice „Gheorghe Ionescu-Șișești”, Institutul Național de Cercetare-Dezvoltare pentru Bioresurse Alimentare a organizat un eveniment dedicat politicilor sustenabile în domeniul alimentației, dezvoltat cu sprijinul Consiliului Consultativ pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă din cadrul Departamentului pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă și al Academiei de Științe Medicale.

Mariana Stan, Head of Bioeconomy and Policy Engagement, a reprezentat poziția ROHEALTH în cadrul discuțiilor, subliniind importanța unui dialog mai eficient între cercetare, industrie, autorități și ceilalți actori implicați în dezvoltarea unor politici privind educația alimentară și managementul risipei alimentare. În același timp, prevenirea crizelor alimentare trebuie să devină o componentă importantă a politicilor publice.

Un subiect important al discuțiilor a fost educația alimentară — de la alegerile pe care le facem zi de zi până la înțelegerea impactului acestora asupra sănătății și asupra resurselor.

Concluziile evenimentului vor sta la baza unui policy brief național, care va fi integrat în recomandările proiectului .

Astfel de întâlniri sunt importante nu doar pentru schimbul de idei, ci mai ales pentru a transforma expertiza și cercetarea în recomandări concrete și soluții care pot contribui la un viitor alimentar mai sigur.

🌱 Policy Lab CLEVERFOOD — Sisteme alimentare locale și educație alimentară

Astăzi, la Academia De Stiinte Agricole SI Silvice „Gheorghe Ionescu-Sisesti” din București, a avut loc Policy Lab-ul dedicat politicilor alimentare sustenabile, organizat de institutul nostru cu sprijinul , Consiliului Consultativ pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă din cardul Departamentul pentru Dezvoltare Durabilă și Academia de Stiinte Medicale , sub umbrela proiectului european (Horizon Europe).

Discuțiile au reunit factori de decizie, experți și practicieni în jurul a două teme prioritare:
🔹 Sisteme alimentare locale și guvernanță — de la food hub-uri și piețe volante, la rolul -urilor și al cooperativelor în coagularea producătorilor locali. Au fost aduse exemple concrete: parteneriate cu marile lanțuri de retail pentru produse locale, unități de procesare înființate prin Planul Național Strategic, sau inițiative de tipul „de la producător la consumator în 20 de minute".
🔹 Educație alimentară și schimbarea comportamentelor — nevoia unor cursuri dedicate în școli, colaborarea dintre liceele agricole și celelalte unități de învățământ, reintroducerea medicilor școlari și programe naționale coerente, nu fragmentate, pentru toți copiii.

Concluziile discuției vor sta la baza unui policy brief național, ce va fi integrat în recomandările proiectului .
