CRED Foundation CRED Foundation aims at introducing and implementing the concept of quality management at the level of the health services suppliers in Romania.

CRED Foundation has been founded at the end of 2003 by the Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute (Swiss TPH) through its Swiss Centre for International Health – SCIH. During 2003-2007, the first implemented project within the Romanian public health system by CRED was the Romanian – Swiss Neonatology Project “RoNeonat” funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, based on the i

ntergovernmental agreement between the two countries. CRED Foundation is a member of Guidelines International Network and an active actor within the process of clinical practice guidelines development within areas as neonatology and obstetrics-gynecology.
