Psihoterapia de cuplu ajuta la imbunatatirea relatiilor si la reconectarea emotionala a partenerilor. Chiar si la cunoasterea mai profunda a celor doi. Este important momentul in care cuplul apeleaza la aceste servicii.

De obicei, cand ne simtim neiubiti, avem tendinta sa atribuim cauza celor din jur. Dar, conform studiilor de specialitate ( Couple Therapy), exista o parte din interiorul nostru responsabila pentru ceea ce simtim. Ar fi bine sa ne intrebam daca este oare posibil sa fi ajuns candva la concluzia ca nu suntem destul de buni pentru a fi iubiti.
