A gyógyulás nemcsak a testben kezdődik🥰🌷

Sokan úgy gondolnak a gyógyulásra, mint valami külső segítségre, amely majd egyszer csak megérkezik.
Pedig a valódi gyógyulás mindig belül kezdődik.
Abban a pillanatban, amikor az emberben megszületik a vágy a változásra.

Amikor nem csak túlélni akar, hanem valóban élni.
Amikor megérti, hogy a test üzen, a lélek jelez, és az élet tanítani szeretne.

A betegség sokszor nem ellenség.
Sokszor figyelmeztetés.
Megállít, hogy végre észrevegyük azt, amit addig nem akartunk meglátni.

Túl sok rohanás.
Túl sok félelem.
Túl kevés szeretet.

A testünk nem ellenünk dolgozik.
Hanem értünk.
