Today, we found the best therapy to achieve total peace of mind, forget all worries and be completely present. This special therapy was not recommended by a doctor, but it came by default, once the Spring arrived. The therapy is called : PLANTING A TREE☺️❤️🌲

While digging to prepare our tree's little "nest", we found the perfect chance to learn about eatrthworms(they have 5 hearts❤️), roots, water that feeds the tree, answer all questions about how soil is made, what rocks are made of, where is the head and tail of an earthworm and many more😊We also heard a cute joke today: how can you tell where is the head of an earthworm? You giggle it and see which part laughs 😄😋

This was just a sweet reminder to enjoy spring, go outside and embrace Mother Nature, open our eyes and see all the wonders that surround us🌳🌎❤️
