Two people can order the same model and end up with two different chambers.

How many seats. Whether the floor stays open or gets fitted out. The colour of the exterior, the stitch of the upholstery, the temperature of the light inside. None of it is decoration. A chamber used twice a week by one person and a chamber running sessions all day in a facility are built differently from the first conversation.

The model is where it starts. It is not where it ends.

A 500 mg curcumin capsule is not a 500 mg dose.

Published pharmacology puts oral curcumin bioavailability between
one and two percent. Five to ten milligrams reach circulation.
The rest is broken down in the liver or never absorbed at all.

Resveratrol is under one percent. Oral glutathione, under one.
EGCG, somewhere between a tenth of a percent and one and a half.

None of that is our research. It has been in the literature for
twenty years. It just never makes it onto the label.

What almost nobody looks at is the second half of that chain.
A molecule sitting in your plasma still has to reach a cell,
and at rest most of the capillary network in your muscle is closed.

That second half is what we build for. Space to move in, not only
space to lie down. Continuous fresh air, per person inside, for
the whole session.

Everyone talks about what pressure adds. Almost nobody talks about what it brings with it.

Take a chamber to 2.0 ATA and the gas around you is twice as dense. Every breath moves more mass through the same airway, and you feel it as effort exactly when you start working. Sitting still you would not notice.

The second thing is carbon dioxide. A reading that means nothing in an ordinary room means something in here, because the same number on a sensor is a different amount of pressure on you.

Neither is a reason to avoid pressure. They are reasons the air inside has to be handled properly. Ours is replaced continuously, per person inside, for the whole session. Not scrubbed and returned.

It is the least visible part of a chamber and it decides what you can do in one.

Two people can buy the same chamber and use it for completely different things. One lies down and reads. One works. One trains. One does all three with the family.

That’s why the model is only the beginning. The interior, the seats, the screen, the finish, the installation, all of it follows from what happens inside.

Nobody buys a chamber because they want a chamber.

They want an hour that fits inside their day. A space at home that belongs to nobody else. Time with someone instead of alone.

Seven different wishes. Seven different chambers.

So before anything else we ask how you’d actually use it. Alone or shared? Sitting, lying down, working, moving?

The i80 goes through a standard doorway. The i90 is built around shoulder width. The C1E is the one you walk into and sit up in.
The C2 seats two, the C3 up to four, the C4 the same four with more room to move, the C5 up to six.

From there we build around you: model, size, configuration, colours, materials, interior. Not a chamber you want to buy. One you’ll actually use.

That thinking shapes everything, from the level of customisation we offer to the air quality and comfort inside every OxyHelp chamber, where oxygen and CO2 are measured throughout the session.

Want to know which one fits? Contact us and we’ll connect you with your regional OxyHelp partner.

Most people picture a hyperbaric chamber as somewhere you lie still. A Hyperbaric Gym is built for movement.
When elevated oxygen is breathed under pressure, more oxygen dissolves in blood plasma. Add exercise and the physiological conditions change: metabolic demand rises, circulation increases, and the user is no longer passive.
That does not prove faster muscle growth or recovery during training. Research on exercise under pressure is still early. The honest claim is simpler: movement and hyperbaric exposure can happen in the same chamber, while the environment is continuously monitored.
Exercise also increases CO₂ production. In a sealed pressure vessel, ventilation becomes critical. OxyHelp delivers 280 L/min of continuous fresh airflow per occupant, with real-time CO₂ and O₂ monitoring, to minimise rebreathing while the user moves.

Both men are 70. One kept strength training, one stopped decades ago. The circumference is identical. The muscle is not.

The thigh is only the clearest place to see it. Muscle is lost and fat takes its place, in the shoulders, the back, the hands and every muscle that holds you upright. It has a name, sarcopenia, and it starts far earlier than most people expect.

Age begins the loss. Inactivity accelerates it. Roughly 3 to 8 percent of muscle mass per decade after 30, with strength falling faster than mass. Around 80 percent of the glucose your insulin moves after a meal goes into skeletal muscle. In roughly 140,000 people across 17 countries, lower grip strength was associated with higher all-cause mortality.

The answer has not changed in thirty years. Eat enough protein. Train against resistance. Recover properly between sessions. None of it is new and none of it is controversial.

It sounds simple until it meets a real week. Work, family, stress, sleep. The plan does not fail because it is wrong. It fails because there are no hours left to execute it, and the first thing cut is usually recovery.

That is the problem the OxyHelp Hyperbaric Gym was built around. A rower, dumbbells, kettlebells and an optional EMS suit inside a pressurised, oxygen-enriched chamber. Thirty to forty minutes, which is the entire point. Many users find they can comfortably sustain a higher training volume with less perceived exertion.

For days when heavy training is not the right choice, the Hyperbaric Yoga Chamber runs stretching, controlled breathing and mobility at the same pressure.

The Hyperbaric Gym does not replace training. It does not replace recovery. It changes the relationship between them.

Illustrative anatomical reconstruction, not a specimen photograph or a patient scan.

What actually happens inside a hyperbaric chamber, in plain terms.

Raise the air pressure, and far more oxygen dissolves directly into your blood plasma, not only the red blood cells that normally carry it. That dissolved oxygen reaches tissue your bloodstream alone can’t fully serve. It isn’t marketing; it’s a basic law of physics,Henry’s Law: more pressure, more oxygen held in the fluid.

The part most people never think about is the air itself. A sealed chamber slowly fills with the CO2 you breathe out. The OxyHelp chamber moves 280 litres of fresh air per person, every minute, for the whole session. Measured at install, documented in writing, so the air stays clean while the oxygen does its work.

Someone asked us last week if the Robin Hood Effect is a real thing, or just a nice name we came up with for marketing.

It's real. It's in the literature, and it's one of the stranger things your body does under pressure.

Inside the chamber, your body starts pulling blood away from tissue that's already well oxygenated and pushes it toward tissue that's injured or inflamed. Healthy muscle sees flow drop. So does the abdominal area. The damaged tissue doesn't.

It steals from what's fine and saves what's broken. That's where the name came from.

Which means the chamber isn't the thing doing the healing. Your body runs its own triage. We just build the room where it can actually do that.
