SAUNA EXPERIENCE NIGHT

26 & 27 June 2026 | Moo Moo Retreat Camping, Porumbacu de Jos, Sibiu County
At the foot of the Făgăraș Mountains
Imagine a summer evening where time slows down.
As the sun sets behind the hills, we begin a guided journey through heat, cold and recovery. The warmth of the sauna, the freshness of cold exposure, the crackling fire, meaningful conversations and the calm of the night create an experience that goes far beyond a simple sauna session.
Access to the location is at 8:30 PM at the latest. We will start the first sauna session at 9:00 PM.
We split this around 3 hours ritual in 3 sauna sessions, with breaks for food, hydration and relaxation. At the end, a cool down in the outdoor swimming pool is a must.
Get ready, prepare your sauna swimming suits, a towel, a bad robe and slippers. If you have a sauna hat at home, bring it with you. If not, one will be provided for you.
No sauna experience is necessary. Just come and we will guid you how to practice.
