Rwanda Center for Council Rwanda Center for Council, is an assembly of certified people in the council approach that aims to create a safe and confidence space of sharing.

Our page is aiming at providing information on the work of council, commonly known as "Peace Circle" and helping individual and groups acknowledge the power of sharing as a way of expressing our inner experience which leads to compassion and loving actions as well as recognizing other peoples suffering.
