Diëten werken niet, een gezonde levensstijl daarentegen wel! Daarom focus ik niet enkel op gewichtsverlies, maar op je gehele gezondheid. Ik volg de KPNI filosofie, voluit de klinische psycho-neuro immunologie. Deze wetenschap gebruikt lifestyle- en bioritmeaanpassingen, voeding in al zijn vormen, bewegingscoaching, sociale interventies en eventueel (natuurlijke) voedingssupplementen. Voeding, bew

eging, mindset en ontspanning zijn de 4 pijlers voor een ultieme verandering in een levensstijl. Vanuit deze hollistische benadering ga ik aan de slag in de zoektocht naar een duurzame gezonde levenstijl en gezondere versie van jezelf. Voeding maakt een groot onderdeel uit van deze filosofie. Binnen voeding is er geen ‘goed of fout’, wel het maken van ‘bewuste of minder bewuste’ keuzes, die je zelf bepaalt. De 4 pijlers hangen echter samen en moeten steeds in balans zijn.

This is Jeddah - sun, beach, Red Sea 🤩 ☀️ 🏝️

I’ve been calling Jeddah home for the past 4.5 months, and I genuinely love the coastal vibe and energy here. I’ve never felt like a stranger—this city and its warm, welcoming people make you feel very welcome.

Jeddah is the ideal place in Saudi Arabia for a staycation, citybreak, or short beach holiday (the Red Sea is absolutely a-ma-zing🤩) - the ideal excuse to come visit Pieter & me 🤗

Cape Town & Western Cape - my favorite city and place on earth 🌍

This area of South Africa has it all. Majistic mountains; beautiful valleys; wide, sandy and turquoise beaches; and breathtaking scenery ☀️ ⛰️ 🏝️

I love this place; from Table Mountain, to Franschhoek, Cape Point, Cape the Good Hope, Hermanus,… so many beautiful places to explore 🫶🏻

This is also Jeddah - what a lovely relaxing day at the beach 🏝️🤩

is one of the privatised beach resorts in Jeddah located along the beautiful Red Sea coast. Clear turquoise waterwater, swaying palm trees, sandy shores,… for sure comparable with the Maledives or Mauritius 👌🏻😎
