تهدف شبكة المفكرون إلى بناء مجتمع قوي صحي متفاعل، من خلال توفير الفرص لذوي الإبتكارات والمهارات العقلية - من جميع الأعمار – لخدمة ونفع المجتمع، عن طريق دعمهم بالمصادر والوسائل اللازمة لبناء مشاريع وبرامج وشراكات فعالة بناءة.
