I chose to stay at home to personally care for my son. When he turned 18 months, feeding was a struggle. I was frustrated, feeling like I failed being a mom. He is small and his weight barely reach the minimum for his age. I noticed that he likes to eat bread, he would ask for it. No hassle, to struggle, no crying.
In my mind, I should make bread at home, it’s the least I can do. Luckily, I found a very simple bread recipe in google. I made it and was a success at first attempt. I was very happy. He ate what I made. This is the beginning of what I am making today.
