قُلْتُ يا رسولَ اللهِ دُلَّني على عملٍ يُدخِلُني الجنَّةَ قال رسولُ اللهِ صلَّى اللهُ عليه وسلَّم لا تغضَبْ ولك الجنَّةُ

الجسم: ارتفاع مؤقت في ضغط الدم وتسارع ضربات القلب، الصداع، شدّ العضلات، واضطرابات النوم والهضم.
* الصحة على المدى الطويل: التوتر والغضب المزمنان قد يرتبطان بزيادة مخاطر مشكلات القلب وارتفاع ضغط الدم.
* النفسية: زيادة القلق والتوتر، صعوبة التركيز، والشعور بالندم أو الإرهاق بعد نوبات الغضب.
* العلاقات: كثرة الخلافات، قول أو فعل أشياء مؤذية، وضعف التواصل مع الآخرين.
* اتخاذ القرارات: أثناء الغضب الشديد قد يزيد الاندفاع ويقل التفكير الهادئ، مما يؤدي إلى قرارات يندم عليها الشخص لاحقًا

Today, we managed a very rare case involving a one-year-old child who fell on his nose at home. He presented to the clinic with his family, complaining of nasal obstruction for the past three days.

Upon examination, a nasal septal hematoma was diagnosed. Today, incision and drainage was performed under general anesthesia, as shown in the attached images.

We pray for his speedy and complete recovery.
