40kg down and what a journey it has been learned so much along the way. I have taken time off to focus on my healing journey and my precious boys bless them. Dealing and healing really is a full time job and needs the support and help of many special souls. I am being reborn into the woman I’ve always meant to be. Looking forward to sharing my journey with you and help empower you on your way. If I can do it you can do it too. The key really is about feeling your feelings and processing and releasing them. How come no one taught us any of this? Shouldn’t this be on every curriculum? How to handle being human. So many addictions due to unhealed trauma, sadly I see traumatized people everywhere distracting themselves with all sorts of substances and behaviors. It’s time to deal and heal one day at a time. I am available for one to one wholistic healing consultations and coaching. Together we can change the world
