تسعد شركة عبدالله فؤاد للوازم والخدمات الطبية أن تعلن عن استكمالها بنجاح عملية الاستحواذ بنسبة 100% على شركة مجال الوقاية (PFC)، وهي شركة متخصصة تقدم خدمات الصحة المهنية لجميع الممارسين في مجال الإشعاع من خلال برنامج الحماية من الإشعاع، وفقًا لمعايير الجودة الصادرة عن الهيئات الوطنية والدولية المتخصصة، مقرها الرياض.
وتشمل خدماتها التالي: الصحة الإشعاعية، خدمات الحماية من الإشعاع، قياس الجرعات بأجهزة OSL، معايرة أجهزة الإشعاع وضبط الجودة لضمان دقتها وجودتها وأدائها، والتأكد من مطابقة الأجهزة لمعايير الامتثال.
ويأتي هذا الاستحواذ الاستراتيجي متماشيًا مع استراتيجية القطاع الصحي في مجموعة عبدالله فؤاد طويلة المدى، والتي تهدف إلى توسيع نطاق خدماتها وتعزيز مكانتها في السوق في مجال الحماية للطب النووي.
Abdulla Fouad For Medical Supplies and Services is excited to announce that it has successfully completed 100% acquisition of Prevention Field Consulting Company (PFC), a specialized company based in Riyadh, which provides a healthy and safe work environment and occupational health for all practitioners in the field of radiation through the radiation protection program, according to the quality standards of specialized national and international bodies.
PFC services include Inspection, Radiation Health, Radiation Protection Services, OSL Dosimetry, Radiation Equipment Calibration and Quality Control to ensure its accuracy, quality & performance and to make sure the devices meet compliance standards.
AFMS will build on the PFC’s success
This strategic acquisition in in-line with Abdulla Fouad Group’s healthcare division’s long-term strategy to expand its offerings and strengthen its market positioning into the Nuclear Medicine Protection field.
