A sneak peek on today’s workout achievement!
I had the following breakfast before hitting my outdoor jog:
-1cup of milk
-1banana
-8walnuts
-2cups of water
I jogged for 45 minutes than worked on my abs for 15 minutes!
Guys the weather is awesome don’t hesitate to walk outdoors:
The sunlight has lots of benefits:
-Gives you vitamin D
-Improve your mood
-Gives you an energy boost
