- Any Diabetic patient in Gadarif state will have his/her unique number, this is the first step when a new patient come to the centre, his data will be registered in a file (soft & hard copies) then referred to Nutritionist, Health Education team, Podiatrist (FOOT CARE TEAM), Neurological assessment team and Doppler U/S.

- Every patient should be seen by Ophthalmologist & Dentist.

- Refer to Physician in the presence of Hypertension, Lipid profile Disorders, Erectile dysfunction, Uncontrolled DM, Microalbuminuria +/- Renal impairment, Associated other medical problem and on patient's request

- Children are seen by Pediatrician trained on paediatrics diabetes management

- Any diabetic with any wound is seen by the Surgeon on the dressing table.

- Refer to other specialists (Dermatology, Orthopedic, Obs & Gyne, ENT,...)

انطلاقا من التزام شركة سودانى للإتصالات بدورها الوطنى والانسانى فى دعم القطاعات الحيويه وفى إطار برامج المسؤليه المجتمعيه نفذت الشركه مبادرة دعم صحى لى صالح Gadarif Diabetes Centre مركز القضارف التخصصي لمرضى السكري وذلك بهدف المساهمه فى تحسين الخدمات الصحيه لمرضى السكرى وتعزيز جاهزية المركز لخدمة المجتمع.
