في الأيام الأخيرة، تلقّينا استفسارات بشأن مشاركة بعض الأفراد الذين تم تقديمهم أو دعوتهم على أنهم قادة أو مدراء أو أعضاء أو متطوعون في غرف الطوارئ في فعاليات ونقاشات إنسانية وسياسية، وتحديدًا دافوس 2026 (يناير 2026) ومؤتمر برلين حول السودان (أبريل 2026).
نود أن نوضح بشكل قاطع أن غرف الطوارئ هي مبادرات إنسانية مستقلة، قائمة على العمل القاعدي، وتقودها المجتمعات المحلية. تتمثل مهمتنا الوحيدة في الاستجابة للاحتياجات العاجلة، والتخفيف من المعاناة، ودعم الفئات الأكثر هشاشة من خلال عمل إنساني قائم على المبادئ وغير منحاز سياسيًا. نحن لا نؤيد، ولا نرتبط، ولا نشارك في أي أنشطة أو أحزاب أو أجندات سياسية.
وعليه، نؤكد ما يلي:
• لا توجد مسميات أو أدوار إدارية أو قيادية ضمن الهياكل التنظيمية لغرف الطوارئ
• يتم تعريف جميع أعضاء غرف الطوارئ بصفتهم متطوعين
• لم يتم توجيه أي دعوات رسمية إلى غرف الطوارئ، وبالتالي لم يتم تفويض أي متطوعين لحضور أو المشاركة في دافوس 2026 أو مؤتمر برلين حول السودان نيابةً عن غرف الطوارئ في أي جانب سياسي.
وبينما ينتمي متطوعونا إلى خلفيات متنوعة، ومن الطبيعي أن تكون لديهم آراء شخصية أو أن يختاروا المشاركة في الفضاءات المدنية أو السياسية بصفتهم الفردية، فإن هذه المشاركات لا تمثل غرف الطوارئ. كما أن هؤلاء الأفراد غير مخولين بالتحدث باسم غرف الطوارئ في هذه الفعاليات، سواء في سياق سياسي أو إنساني، ولا تعكس تصرفاتهم موقفنا المؤسسي.
نحن نأخذ هذه المسألة على محمل الجد. إن الحفاظ على ثقة المجتمعات التي نخدمها يعتمد على التزامنا الصارم بالمبادئ الإنسانية المتمثلة في الحياد، وعدم التحيّز، والاستقلالية. ونعمل حاليًا على تعزيز الإرشادات الداخلية لضمان وضوح الفصل بين التصرفات الفردية والتمثيل المؤسسي في جميع الأوقات.
يبقى تركيزنا دون تغيير: تقديم المساعدة المنقذة للحياة، ودعم صمود المجتمعات، وصون كرامة المتأثرين بالأزمات الناتجة عن الحرب.
نُعرب عن تقديرنا لاستمرار ثقة شركائنا وداعمينا والجمهور، ونؤكد التزامنا بالشفافية والمساءلة في جميع جوانب عملنا.

⭕️ Khartoum Locality Emergency Response Rooms
Public Statement:
In recent days, we have received inquiries regarding the participation of certain individuals identified as leaders, managers, members, or volunteers of the Emergency Response Rooms (ERRs), in political events and discussions, namely Davos 2026 (January 2026) and the Berlin Conference on Sudan (April 2026).
We wish to clarify, unequivocally, that the Emergency Response Rooms are independent, grassroots-led, community-based humanitarian initiatives. Our sole mandate is to respond to urgent needs, alleviate suffering, and support vulnerable populations through principled, non-partisan action. We do not endorse, affiliate with, or participate in political activities, parties, or agendas.
Furthermore, we emphasize the following:
• There are no managerial or leadership titles or roles within the organizational structures of the ERRs
• All members of the Khartoum Locality ERRs are identified as volunteers
• No formal invitations were extended to the ERRs; therefore, no volunteers were authorized to attend or participate in Davos 2026 or the Berlin Conference on Sudan on behalf of the ERRs in any political part.
While our volunteers come from diverse backgrounds and, like all individuals, may hold personal views or choose to engage in civic or political spaces in their private capacity, such participation does not represent the ERRs. These individuals are not authorized to speak on behalf of the ERRs at these events in any political or humanitarian context, nor do their actions reflect our institutional position.
We take this matter seriously. Maintaining the trust of the communities we serve depends on our strict adherence to the humanitarian principles of neutrality, impartiality, and independence. We are actively reinforcing internal guidelines to ensure that the distinction between individual actions and organizational representation remains clear at all times.
Our focus remains unchanged: delivering life-saving assistance, supporting community resilience, and upholding the dignity of those affected by the ongoing war.
We appreciate the continued trust and engagement of our partners, supporters, and the public, and we remain committed to transparency and accountability in all aspects of our work.
