Incase you hadn't already noticed, this page is pretty much abandoned 🤣 I'm sorry, my consistency is terrible with social media... BUT I'd love to take a quick survey seeing as we have a lot of people here from a Neurodivergent background!

I'm extremely burntout from my retail job & looking for work as an Audhd-er is... Not fun 🫠 so I've been playing with the idea of starting my own YouTube channel !!

The focus would be - Mental health, ADHD, Autism, Health, Fitness, & Wellness - in a vlog format.
Is this something you'd be interested in me sharing on this page IF I did take that leap? Lemme know!

Sorry for my absence (again!) Been having a tough few weeks lately BUT today we finally went food shopping and re-organised our fridge ADHD style.

Fresh items in the side to avoid the death trap at the bottom of the fridge 🤣 and little tubs to keep things easily seen!

My brain dreads organisation but this only took 15 mins! 🤗💜

HEY ALL!! 🌈

Just a quick lil update, a LOT of you have asked for advice involving getting a diagnosis or having your GP refer you for an initial assesnt.

This is something I've experienced first hand, only a few months ago! I did a tonne of reseach and believe me, they don't make it easy to for someone with ADHD to jump through the hoops designed against us, to get the diagnosis we're so desperate for!

Over the next few days I'll be making a loooong post regarding EVERYTHING you need to know. It will be based on if you're living within England as the rules differ from country to country - buttt I will give you resources galore that can hopefully still help you!

ADHD & Me is a lil project I started in 2019 to bring awareness to Women living with ADHD.

I aim to make honest, uplifting, and relatable content to help more Female Presenting people cope with daily life living with ADHD, diagnosed or not - all are welcome!

This is an LGBTQIA+ safe space as I personally present as Q***r!

In classic ADHD style, this page is mostly inactive until I remember it! However I want to commit to creating more content this year 🥂
