‼️One of the things I love about Sophrology is that it teaches us to notice what we actually need in a given moment.

Sometimes it’s food, sometimes it’s rest.

And sometimes it’s movement, fresh air, connection, or simply a pause between one thing and the next.

The more we learn to listen to the body, the easier it becomes to respond to what it’s asking for, rather than reaching for the same solution every time.

Often, what we’re craving isn’t the snack itself, it’s the feeling we hope the snack will give us.

This is exactly the kind of awareness we’ll be exploring in our free 4-day Spring Resilience Challenge in June, learning simple ways to regulate stress, reconnect with your body and build resilience in everyday life.

Comment RESILIENCE and I’ll send you the link to sign up.

‼️One thing I’ve noticed as a parent is how uncomfortable “doing nothing” has become.

Not just for children, for us too.

The moment there’s a gap, we often feel the need to fill it.

Another activity. Another plan. Another screen.

But some of my son’s most creative ideas, deepest conversations and happiest moments seem to appear when nothing special is happening at all.

A walk. A rainy afternoon. Time to wander, imagine and simply be.

I sometimes wonder if one of the greatest gifts we can give our children today is not more opportunities, but more space.

Space to notice themselves.
Space to develop their own interests.
Space to discover who they are when nobody is directing the next activity.

I’d love to hear your thoughts. How do you approach this balance between activities and downtime with your children?

‼️If you are running on empty right now, and you still haven’t stopped, this one is for you.

Not 4 things to add to your to-do list. 4 techniques that take between 30 seconds and 10 minutes, that ask nothing of you except your attention.

These are the practices I come back to again and again, in my own life and with every client who arrives telling me they are too tired to do one more thing.

Which one are you going to try today? Tell me below. ↓

And if this resonated, we are running a free 4-day live Sophrology challenge starting june 8th. We are navigating resilience, emotional regulation, reconnecting to your values, protecting your energy. It’s live on zoom and free. Comment ‘RESILIENCE’ and I’ll send you the link to sign up.

‼️ What I find interesting is that so many people are exhausted by modern wellness now by too many hacks, too many trends and too many “quick nervous system resets.”

And I think a lot of people are quietly looking for something more structured. Something they can actually build into daily life and return to consistently.

That’s one of the reasons Sophrology stayed with me.

Not because it promises instant transformation, but because it was built as a method, something repeatable, practical and grounded in both the body and the mind.

And honestly, I think that matters even more now than it did 40 years ago.

Especially in 2026, when so many people feel overstimulated, mentally tired and disconnected from themselves all the time.

Follow along if you’re interested in realistic tools for stress, sleep, resilience and nervous system regulation.

And if you’d like to actually experience Sophrology for yourself, comment “RESILIENCE” and I’ll send you the link to join our free 4-day Spring Resilience Challenge that starts on 8th June.

Maluma appeared on the Jennifer Hudson show a few weeks ago.
And he talks about 14 years of nonstop touring, panic attacks at 32 and a decision to stop completely.
And then this:
“My healing was in my music.”

As a Sophrologist, that line stayed with me.
Not because it’s surprising but because it’s exactly what i see when people finally give themselves permission to stop and listen.
The body knows what restores you and it has been trying to tell you.
Is yours still being heard?

‼️ If this resonated, we are running a free 4-day live Sophrology challenge starting june 8th. Comment “PAuse’ if you want to sign up. Don’t wait until your body will force you to stop.

I think what makes uncertain times difficult is not only the uncertainty itself. It’s how quickly we lose connection with ourselves inside of it.

We start making decisions from pressure, urgency or exhaustion. And after a while, we don’t even know if the life we’re building still feels aligned with us anymore.

That’s why I believe practices like Sophrology matter so much right now.

Not because they “fix” uncertainty. But because they help us stay connected to ourselves, to our limits, to our energy and direction while life is changing.

‼️ That’s also a big part of what we’ll explore in the Spring Resilience Challenge in June.

Not just stress management. But how to feel more grounded, clearer and more steady when life feels noisy or unclear.

If this feels like something you need lately, comment “RESILIENCE” and I’ll send you the link to sign up for the challenge.

👉 Nearly 1 in 3 women say they feel burned out very often or always (Gallup, March 2026).
And most of them are still showing up for everything.
In her research, Brené found something I’ve seen for 20 years in my own practice: one of the primary drivers of burnout is absorbing other people’s emotions as your own, carrying their stress, their worry, and their fear as if it’s yours to fix.
Not something you do when you’re already broken, something you do every day so you don’t get there.
10 minutes working with your breath, your body and yourself.

Comment ‘RESET’, and I’ll send you a quick Sophrology practice to try.

What does burnout feel like for you: exhaustion, or just slowly disappearing?

‼️ The weekend doesn’t have to be productive, but it does have to be yours. Not the version of you that’s catching up on emails or that’s half-present while scrolling someone else’s life. Yours.

One meal where you actually taste the food, one walk where you’re not tracking anything, one conversation where you’re fully in the room.
These aren’t wellness tips; they’re the things your body is quietly asking for every single week.

What’s one thing on this list you actually want to try this weekend?
