Becoming a mother taught me very quickly how easy it is for people to have opinions about what you should be doing.
But motherhood is already such a tender time. What stayed with me most was how much difference simple kindness could make.
Not advice. Not judgement. Just someone noticing, helping, bringing something, checking in.
That is what I keep coming back to when I think about postpartum mental health.
Sometimes support starts with something very small.
And sometimes that small thing is what helps someone feel a little less alone.
