Looking forward to tomorrow's gong bath session at The Dragon Cafe. All welcome, particularly people struggling with mental health. A friendly, supportive, creative place for everyone.

We look forward to welcoming you to our eclectic mix of in person and zoom sessions.  On Wednesday 16th April MFC brings you the Dragon Café in the City project in collaboration with Shoe Lane Library and the City of London.

“Thank you for such a wonderful session. It was enjoyed by everyone. Had great feedback. I had the best sleep I’ve had in a while as did the others”. So glad you enjoyed it, Rachel and friends!
