MMS is looking for a Marketing & Sales Supervisor to join our team.
📍Location: Khartoum State, Sudan (with regular travel)
🔸 Role Purpose
The Marketing & Sales Supervisor is accountable for achieving the agreed sales targets. The role leads a team of Medical Representatives, builds strong relationships with healthcare professionals and KOLs, and makes sure marketing plans and product launches are carried out well.
🔸 Qualifications & Experience
– Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
– At least 4–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Sudan.
– Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
– Proven record of meeting sales targets.
– Fluent in English, spoken and written.
– Strong leadership, communication and Excel skills.
– Willing to travel regularly.
