Today is World Mental Health Day.

This year’s theme, “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change,” reminds us of the importance of listening — to each other, and to ourselves.

Mental health is not always visible. Sometimes, what we need most is space to pause, to breathe, to feel, and to be met without judgment.

May we keep creating spaces where every experience matters, every voice deserves to be heard, and no one has to navigate it all alone.

Take care of yourself, and each other. 💜
